We are looking at having a housewarming party in Feb for about 40-50 pers and wondering if we could have a Spit Roast? Probably cook on site, serve at 4 pm and for you to bring cutlery. Areas covered -Sydney Metropolitan, Campbelltown, Southern Highlands and south to the ACT and surrounds, Penrith and Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury and Central Coast.
Venues can be Indoor and outdoor, kitchen helpful but not necessary. Boats, islands and most sites OK.
