Wait Staff

Depending on the number of guests and type of function we can provide staff for your special occasion so you can focus on you and your guests having a memorable occassion for all the right reasons.

Staff are available for bar and general wait duties charged per hour with a minimum of 4 hours per person. We recommend one waitperson per 40 guests for Finger Food Functions.

Please Note: Appetizer and Platter Selections supplement the general range of menus, and orders should approximate guest numbers for the main menus selected.   Each Platter serves 8 to 10 guests. They are not available as stand alone menus.

Booking and Function Arrangements

A deposit is required on booking.  The balance of payment is required at the function.  There will be special deposit arrangements for large functions.  Final guest numbers and menu selections are required seven (7) days prior to the function.  It may be possible to increase numbers after this time, however, numbers cannot be reduced due to ordering numbers and staffing commitments.

Additional charges may apply where site access is difficult and service periods are extended due to factors beyond the Caterers control.  Catering on Pubic Holidays will be subject to availability and special pricing arrangements.

A variety of extra’s appetisers and platters, along with tea and coffee, crockery and additional wait staff. Selections are available to supplement the menu range and add to the success of your function.

Standard Inclusions
With buffet style menus, quality disposable dinnerware, dinner napkins (colour selection available), and stainless steel knives and forks. The meal is laid as an attractive buffet with buffet table, white linen tablecloth and all buffet accessories and bowls supplied to suit the selected menu.
