WAIT STAFF

Depending on the number of guests and type of function we can provide staff for your special occasion so you can focus on you and your guests having a memorable occasion for all the right reasons.

Staff are available for bar and general wait duties charged per hour with a minimum of 4 hours per person. We recommend one waitperson per 40 guests for Finger Food Functions.

TEA, COFFEE, CROCKERY

Coffee, Tea and crockery cup and saucer or disposable cups. Cost is calculated per guest, Crockery- includes supply and staff to handle and wash. Cost is calculated per guest.

BBQ OPTIONAL EXTRA'S

FLAT TOP BBQ

  • Lamb Cutlets in place of pork ribs
  • Boneless Sirloin Steak in place of minute steaks
  • Fresh BBQ King Prawns in Garlic Butter or Sweet Chilli Sauce

PREMIUM BBQ

  • Barbequed King Prawns in Chilli Plum Sauce
  • Garlic Prawns with Green Onion and King Island Butter

  • Platter of Pate, Cheese, Cabanossi & Olives with Assorted Crackers
  • A selection of Crudities and Dips

COLD APPETIZER NO.2

  • Antipasto Platters comprising
  • Cheeses, Kalamata Olives, Dolmades, Marinated Mushrooms, Grilled Eggplant
  • Marinated Artichokes, Sun-dried Tomatoes & Salami served with Crispbread
  • Aioli Platters with Fresh Homemade Dips

HOT APPETIZER NO.1

All served with appropriate Dipping sauce:

  • A selection of Savoury filled Vol-au-Vents
  • Cheese and Spinach Triangles
  • Mini Chickens Kebabs marinated in
  • Herbs and Garlic
  • Spicy Meatballs

  • Thai Fish Cakes with Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • Seafood and other appetizer selections available and will be priced on application.

  • Cheese Platter – an assortment of fine Australian Cheeses
  • Cheese and Fruit Platter – a combination of the above
  • Seafood Platter – an assortment of Australian Seafood Delicacies

Please Note: Appetizer and Platter Selections supplement the general range of menus, and orders should approximate guest numbers for the main menus selected. Each Platter serves 8 to 10 guests. They are not available as stand alone menus.
